Flower 51 may amend its terms and conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to the terms and conditions as amended.
General Disclaimer: To the extent permitted by law Flower51 accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered in connection with the use of this website, or for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit or otherwise howsoever beyond the cost paid for those goods.
Product Disclaimer: Flower51 makes every effort to ensure that the information and imagery about our flowers that you choose on this website is current and accurate however due to individual flower sizes varying, the manner in which flowers each grow differently on their stems and the stage in which they are blooming at time of delivery, each finished bouquet may vary from the image shown on this website. We make every effort to have the correct flower stock available but due to our quick daily turnaround times, from time to time we may need to substitute with the closest option we have available.
Once we have confirmed acceptance of the buyer’s order, we will endeavour to dispatch the buyer’s order within the specified timeframe
Advance orders – send another day – order ahead: If you choose to order ‘send on a later date’ flowers you accept that you will not see the style of flowers until the day of delivery when it will be too late to change your order. We do provide many photos on our website of previous daily flowers, and you can expect your flowers to be just as beautiful and of the same value shown.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to our quick turn -around times we’re unable to refund if you change your mind about a ‘daily pick’ purchase. We are also unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It is the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this will incur an additional cost. For advance orders, a cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance and a full refund will be issued. Cancellations can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products or services received, you can contact us via phone (0274570207) or email email@example.com to discuss a resolution. (In line with the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993)
Goods leaving our premises are adequately packed for delivery. No damage claims will be considered after 2 days of receipt of goods. While no liability of goods damaged or lost in transit will be accepted by flower 51 Limited, details of any claim should be advised to flower51 Limited.
Non-Deliveries: Flower51 will try its best to deliver flowers within the time frames indicated, however, we do not guarantee delivery of any product if the recipient refuses to accept the gift, the address provided is not correct or complete, the recipient is not at the address specified or it is unsafe to enter the address. If the recipient is not at the address when the delivery is made Flower51 will do it’s very best to leave the product in a safe location and a note left in the letterbox. If we do leave the delivery in what we believe to be a safe location we will not be liable if it goes missing or is lost or damaged.
In the unlikely event that a product cannot be delivered, it will be brought back to us by our delivery drivers and we will make contact with you to arrange a new delivery. The customer will remain responsible for the cost of all re-deliveries.
Wedding and Occasion Orders
Terms and Conditions will be outlined during consultation sessions. Please refer to separate documentation.
All prices quoted on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. If you make a purchase using a debit / credit card your account will be charged in NZD.
Receipts: Once you have placed an order and it is accepted, you will receive an automated response. A receipt is available by clicking on the link in the email and downloading/ printing the receipt.
Flower51 values your privacy and is committed to ensuring that your information remains confidential. Flower51 collects information from the customer so that we can successfully provide you with our services and if registering as a user on our website to make future ordering easier. Information we require can include the full name of the customer and the recipient, email address, billing address, delivery address, contact phone numbers and credit card details however we do not store your credit card details. Flower51 will not disclose any personal information to a third party who is not involved in the preparation and/or delivery of the product unless authorised to do so or required by law. We do not pass on sender information to any recipient unless requested or given permission by the sender.
The website of flower51 has a compliant payment gateway. DPS Payment Express is a PCI DSS compliant Visa and Mastercard certified solution and is one of the most trusted services in New Zealand for real time credit card processing.
