How do I redeem my f51 flower voucher or promotion?

1.     To redeem your f51 flower voucher or promotion, select your products and proceed to the view cart

2.     Enter your voucher or your promotional code in the ‘Coupon Code’ field on the shopping cart ‘Apply Coupon’ and ‘Update Cart’. This will automatically apply your coupon and your discount will be recalculated.

3.     Proceed to the checkout

4.     Enter delivery and billing details and any delivery information.

5.     Yay done and your bunch of beautiful is on its way to you.

Is there an order deadline for same day delivery?

Online orders of the daily picks close at approx. 12.00 noon until stock runs out. If you miss out check out more options from Order in Advance. You can always contact us for more information or any questions.

How can I be sure that flower 51 has received my order?

When ordering online, once you have placed your order you will be shown a confirmation page and a receipt number, you will also receive an e-mail from flower 51 confirming that your order has been received. If ordering by phone, a confirmation e-mail of your order is available upon request.

What do I do if my credit card is declined?

In the event that your credit card is not able to be charged, you will be notified by flower 51 (usually via the e-mail address you have supplied to flower 51). You will then need to contact your financial institution for further assistance and/or contact flower 51 to provide a different form of payment.

Please Note: That your order will not be processed until your credit card is able to be charged the full amount of your order. Your order will be placed on hold until further notice by flower 51.
